Service Agreement
Services
Nohser Cleaning Co. agrees to provide the cleaning services selected and discussed during the walkthrough or booking.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, medications, and firearms.
- Notify us of fragile items or special instructions before service.
- Ensure utilities (water and electricity) are available.
Pets
For everyone's safety, please secure aggressive pets before our arrival. Friendly pets should be disclosed before service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits, when required, are applied to the total service cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address missed areas at no additional charge when appropriate.
Liability
Nohser Cleaning Co. is insured. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed items.
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
